I think this is their way of changing the ads. As you know on proxies you will have ads about proxies. Who is gonna come to a proxy and click on a ad to go to another proxy?

If you look at hte source he has that text within a adsense section targeting
Is to hide the text. Becuase <!-- google_ad_section_start --> will not hide text.
    So this is legit.

Once the school or office blocks the proxy, which happens often enough, the users will be looking for new ones.

Right but isn't it too late at this point since it's blocked I don't think they can click then ;)
