Hi There is a warez site, I guess the one of the very popular one. They have serach box on the right top and provided by google adsense, isn't it against the tos? Type like travel or something and see the ads.
nha... there are a lot of warez site that has a adsense on it, but one thing for sure that in payout day their clicks are evaluated then they get banned... by the way what site is that.
ahh sorry I forgot the url softarchive.net I guess this is very old one, their alexa rank is 783, high traffic and I'm sure they have adsense for long time
Opps.. I didn't find any Adsense Ads on that site.. If you are talking about the "Google Custom Search" field, its not a part of Adsense for Search.

If you seea site that violate any of google TOS, just click on "Ads by Google" link and report the site to Google. They will take appropriate action within 2-3 days. More people to report a site will results in faster action taken by G.
Google Ban account when they receive abuse report or before making payment, So, Warez sites are not able to use Adsense. Maybe someone make some money by usinf frames, but more possibility they will be ban soon
It's easy for them to earn through it, but Google wont allow it. Report the site and they will never see their earnings
I know that I have seen this before myself it could just be that they are using the google search bar with no adsense related to it so that its just the search. I used to have the option of adding a google search bar to my websites when I was with freewebs.com

Yes, but you can add relation with custom serach and when ads clicked your adsense revenue increases...
