the header doesn't look very good with the Windows logo in there.
i think it would be nice to have the adsense put in the right bar, below the menu.

 

I agree.

For the header, it'll look better just as is with that icon.

Maybe try adding an icon or even the logo below with the text (because the site is filled with so much text already). It'll just make it nicer on the eyes

update again i have made some changes work is in progress for me.

 

crappy banner.and only one ad under it,try some other ad blocks there.

Sorry, I meant to just remove the windows logo on the header... but if you'd like to keep a windows logo somewhere, place it below the header (where your content and text is).

ok i think that banner is not upto the mark so i will be changing it now,

 

I have updated my header and switched to 3 column template as it's looks neat and clean.
Made changes as follows:
Changed header , and made it rotate randomly
changed to 3 column
and changed ad code format to 300 x 250 and generating me more revenue
any more constructive suggestions
