Looking for a book cover design. I want a better version & re-design of our existing cover. See below for book title and current design: Design MUST include a small cat, and then a big lion above/behind it. How you implement it is up to you. You can try a flat design or realistic design, but must be vectorized so I can scale without losing quality. This is an urgent contest and closes in 24 hours.
@MarinceanPaul - Thanks for your entry. Not really fan of the color or clouds. Also, the text is too small and barely readable. Please try another concept if you can.
None of the entries so far have really stuck out. I guess we're looking more for a flat, vectorized design. Typography needs to be interesting and creative instead of plain text. This contest is still very open!
This is a good entry! Can you play around with the title? Try a different font perhaps? Also, can you try a couple of different colour schemes? The orange-yellow may be a bit too much.
@Athisa Thanks. Bottom one looks pretty good. I have another concept idea which might be interesting. Can you have the cat & lion sitting on top of the planet earth and in space? See below mockup. Obviously, it would need a lot of refinement and colors would need to be improved. This is the general idea.
Contest holder, Your prize is too low for me to consider entering this contest. Also, I think that you should know that Athisa's entry is based on clipart: http://www.freepik.com/free-vector/lion-face-tattoo_724821.htm#term=lion&page=1&position=35

How do you know he/she doesn't have a premium account? I tell you how you don't know you just posted this to make him/her look bad because the CH is working closely with him/her This is just my opinion and i'm not looking to get anyone side but its bad when someone who doesn't even participate to a contest try to make others look bad Have a nice day
It's probably okay to use on a design like this that does not need to be a trademarked logo but full disclosure of the source should be made when posting so that the contest holder knows. That's all I would say about it. Congratulations, Athisa.
