Not against the ToS, but your ads won't be contextualized very well.

Won't be contextual at all i would say since every time you enter a inner page the iframe won't refresh and there for the ad displayed will be always the same.

It's against the ToS because there is no content in the iframe where the ads is placed, the mediapartner bot can't find related ads.
It would be OK if he placed his ads inside the mainframe :)

If you look at the code he has it so the ad refreshes every min. So I think he is getting a good deal of impressions that way.

Not only that it doesn't really help revenue since its going to show the exact same ads thrughout the site.

No new ad loads, no CPM revenue, less chance of users seeing an ad they might be interested in.

Ofcourse his eCPM is going to be reflected as very high in his stats.

It might also be possible that he is putting a word in the code somewhere that would draw ads that are related to just that word. I didn't see this done when I looked but I just was there for a few seconds.

There must be a good amount of profit from it though if he spent so much time doing that.

Yes, this is allowed, but the ads won't be relevant (unless you include hidden text in each ad frameset). :) Your clickthrough would likely be higher than usual, but only if you could ensure that the ads were indeed relevant to your site's content.

Is anyone actually contacted Google about this? Are we really allowed to place AdSense inside iFrame in order to manipulate ads which will show?
I do see a lot of sites doing it, but I'm afraid can it bring problems?
