Some time I see them when get search results. Why Google still let them in high rank?

 

Those sites will get ultimately removed from search results, it takes some time, but it does

 

If it's that so why they don't remove googlehammer<.>com. This website truly harms computers and yet they are still visible.

 

Google keeps them in listing hoping that they will resolve the virus problem in time before there listing is removed from the search results.

Also, most sites do not deliberately put virus on there site, it is that they get infected without knowing about it & hence also reminds them about it using google webmaster tools account.

 

Also, in other forums, people pitch a hissy fit over the fact that their websites got hacked and Google dropped them from the SERPs.

So there's arguments on both sides.

 

It just takes time to get removed

 

It is just a matter of time when Google will take action. They are giving a chance for the web owner to do something about it.

 

Does Google email them? Some webmaster dont know who is Google. When their rank down ? Why dont Google action soon because some virus or program very dangerous ?

 

Ive noticed that followers from twitter whom send messages Via mail have links to many of these type of sites
(but i think its the virus that has been running threw there)

Well, it is up to the webmaster to check and rectify it. It has nothing to do with Google as they do not provide this sort of service. Internet is huge as it is worldwide, so to find out individually will take time so that is why it is still running but soon Google will find it and bring it down.
