"This site may harm your computer." Google search warning on my website

    Hi

Few hours before I noticed that Google is marking my website as harmful and is restricting users from not opening it. The website never had a problem in more than 15 months. Can someone explain me what can I do to remove this thing and get my website back to its previous status?

    Best Regards

Your site may have been hacked. Even if it looks okay to you, it might only show the spam to search engines, which is why Google might be giving you that warning. Go through your code, header, footer and rss and look for links and code that shouldn't be there

Just be warned, the stopbadware people are slow and often assholes. Even if you show proof that you fixed the problem, they'll sometimes keep you banned because the "potential" of it happening again is there. I had to literally go over their heads to google before they removed it from my site.

get a sysadmin in to ensure your files are not infected, some of your web files could have been injected via a php shell, earlier uploaded via insecure permissions.

Your pages might have iframes or some malicious redirection code. Check with your server admin if the contents are infected.

Do you think Google can make mistake? There must be something wrong with your pages. Google has automatic algorithms to detect the infected pages.

It may be possible that your pages has been cleaned a few days ago. But Google took more days to re-index your pages.
