When I put some keywords in google for one of my website, my website shows on the 10th position of the first page of google, however, just below the website URL, it says :
    "This site may be hacked"

Why is this link showing in google for my site, any ideas ?

Everything seems fine with the site from my desktop PC at google.com. No such message! The source code and cached version also look normal.

Maybe the problem is with your browser/pc??? Or maybe someone hacked your hosting/htaccess file? It has happened to me once, someone somehow redirected one of my domains to another via htaccess - just for one hour a day. Lucky I checked my rankings in that exact hour and noticed the redirect. So as a first step, have a look at it and see if everything is as you did it, wanted to be.
    Good luck!

I saw someone changed my password and when I signed on my wordpress blog, there was a new user added as admin, I am really pissed now.

Can anyone tell me how to upload the html file on my homepage ? I need to submit it to google.

Contact your hosting company if needed. Change your password, delete the newly added user with admin rights and check your .htaccess file.
The .htaccess stays in your root directory, and it is a text file, not HTML. There is nothing you have too submit to google, but you can check in WMT for any issues.
Still at the moment everything looks fine with your site...

Can you stop saying that? I showed a screen shot from my smartphone while browsing with Google Chrome. Its a script that loads on mobiles or something. The keyword list that load on my chrome was huge, and it was up in the header. The screenshot shows only half of it.
Also in search results i got the same compromised message. Even if the PC browser version of website looks fine.

China_girl your website has been hacked obviously so try to contact your hosting company and follow their advises on how to claim back your website and secure it.

You are right, my mistake! I have followed the link in her signature, not the URL from the picture she provided.

    Site is definitely hacked...
China_girl, contact your hosting immediately and check your messages in google webmaster tools.
An option is to remove everything from your server and load a clean/correct local copy of the entire site if your hosting wont help you that far.

I have no idea, maybe just wait till it is re-indexed by google's bot.

If you are sure everything is good now, you can use google webmaster tools -> crawl -> Fetch as Google .
Leave blank in that box and hit the button " Fetch and render "
After that use the button "Submit to index" and select all the urls to be recrawled.

    Hope this helps. cheers

Just let your site to be recrawled. Resubmit your sitemap on WMT.

As Matt suggested just request your host to restore backup before it hacked because if you were hacked then the code is in template not in particular page or may be they had injected query. Just restore from backup and after that keep your theme, plugin and wordpress version upto date.
If you are server admin then quickly install ClamAV antivirus and scan all directories from CPanel.
Also there are many ways to secure wordpress you can use them.
PM me if you need more help.

thanks I contacted my host yesterday and they removed lots of folders and links from my cpanel. Actually I am very grateful to all the DP members who commented here for my help. Hopefully the hacked link on google search engine goes away quickly.
