This site is Violating TOS?

    Is voilating adsense TOS..?

    This page has got a nice PR..
    this is one of my doubt...I feel you cannot put ads like this.

    From TOS
    "May not place misleading labels above Google ad units - for instance, ads may be labeled "Sponsored Links" but not "Favorite Sites" "

    Since adsense ads were displayed immediately below the titles many (not all) sites were banned.
