Script was modified from webnetwork. Member is around 250. Yes its active since 2 yr ago. Look to the domain name, if you are a serious investor you will see good future name.
hyphenated domains are generally worth about a 10th then none hyphenated version. the domain name in all honesty isn't that great. for a 2 yr old site and only a pr of 1... the site looks ok, although no real logo and custom stuff... no branding.. no dmoz/yahoo dir listings. not very well maintained (the featured person is a pic of some dudes penis) etc. I'd value the site around $300 top-end
Is there any reputable evidence to backup up this claim? I realise hyphenated domains are often considered less brandable. But how do you arrive at the 10% figure?

I'd probably give you $5 for the domain name, just to hold and possibly resell later for $10... I'd trash the actual site, because it looks like a freely available template site that you just had to insert an "e-friends" header...
