http://www.seniorfitnessfacts.com/articles/Senior-Physical-Fitness this site breaches adsense terms right? I am speaking about the lining of the pictures.... is there anything else to worry about?
i was actually thinking about buying this site....it is currently for sale in the buy sell section here....ill PM him and let him know before he gets canned!
images can be placed next to ads i suppose, i have seen this site before in this forum somewhere at reviews, i think it should be allowed.
I don't think it is illegal because he puts a break between the image and the link. I think that Google said as long as there is some sort of visible break, it is allowed.
i thought this type of placement is not allowed at all. i didnt know putting borders and not aligning the images is ok. thanks guys.
All this talk of borders is from people confusing Yahoo and Google. Images are not allowed next to ads like that. The ads up top are fine, it is the ones below the scroll. They will get you banned.
yeah , it's breaking adsense regulations. That's exactly the type of blend google doesn't want with their ads , it doesn't matter if it's not perfectly aligned.
i think the images near the adsense is against the adsense. you are not allowed to use related images with the adsense ads.
This is my adsense response: Hi Matt, Thanks for your email. Publishers may not implement Google ads in a manner that disguises the ads in any way, for instance, by formatting neighboring content to look similar to the ads, or by making ads look like games or forum posts. Additionally, publishers may not attempt to associate specific images with the individual ads appearing on their sites. Such an implementation may confuse users who assume that the image is directly related to the advertiser's offerings. Please be sure not place images near ads and be sure to make a clear distinction between text and ads. Thanks for your cooperation. For additional questions, I'd encourage you to visit the AdSense Help Center (http://www.google.com/adsense_help), our complete resource center for all AdSense topics. Alternatively, feel free to post your question on the forum just for AdSense publishers: the AdSense Help Group (http://groups.google.com/group/adsense-help). Sincerely, Kevin The Google AdSense Team ----> Don't really know how to interpret this...a simple yes or no would have been much better lol....
