This site has been cheating adsense for so long and I've reported him but google doesnt seem to be doing anything about it. He removed the adsense from the photoshop page but all his other pages are still not in compliance.

users like this piss me off because it cheats advertisers as well as publishers.

maybe if you guys report him too then google will do something about it

Yes, that's clearly against TOS seeing how
    1. we can't use images
    2. they look like they're part of tutorials how the other tutorials are placed the same format..

You can report them if you wish.

They will probably ban the sucker when he:

    1) gets his pin
    2) First Check is about to be issued.

Why are there so many "Mini" Mods here, reporting people every chance they get? Really, it's great that people are looking for violators but alot of these sites aren't against the TOS.

You're seriously crazy. Let people do what they want, eventually they're going to be caught. Until then, invest in some black hair dye because you're probably growing white hair by now.

Wow, get over yourself, please. Do you wake up every morning and go check his site, "I wonder if that ol' fellow I reported got banned, I sure hope he did so he can learn a lesson!"

As someone just said, leave the people alone until they are caught, worry about your own problems like why you are still working at Macdonald's and your 42 years old, stuff like that.

Snitches man, always trying to bring another man down.

I can understand from a publisher's standpoint, as it de-values their bids. But for advertisers who appear bitter and jealous of other sites, it's rather petty.

I see nothing wrong there, well. The week part is that the page doesn't tell anything, only ads.
One would just get the tutorials that he needs and disregard that page. Let the guy live, it's his choice to get himself a low quality website :)

This particular one isn't against TOS...unless he changed things between the time of the first post and when I looked at it. Now, about the "mini mods"...if a site is violating TOS, it deserves to be reported. I'm not sure from what I've read that this one would have been a blatant violation since the images is such a gray area, probably not worth reporting...not like asking for clicks. Sites asking for clicks should be reported since that's akin to stealing.

snitches, snitches, and more snitches.. just what the world needs today.

why don't you worry about your own site, and leave this guy alone? i think someone is a little bit jealous. And why post the topic here hoping that we too will report him when that clearly wont happen.

We have to accept this as a public discussion. And I'd agree that all my own websites should be discussed in public. I value feedback, and when it's a negative one, it's a clear sign that some thing might need changing, don't you think? If I were the website owner I'd find this thread helpful.
