A number of things contribute to the page rank, and search rank. The first is domain title, next is the page title. The the context on the page - does the images have proper names, with alt text? How is the text on the page written, does it match the LSI formula Google and other search engines are using? What about backlinks? And if someone does a search, and skip the first two listings, why, and how does the search engines adjust for that, if it happens almost every time? The TLD does make a difference, for example if you are using a PDA/cell phone you are more likely to get whatever.mobi before you get theothersite.com - .mobi being the TDL for mobile devices. Has anyone done a search on "Home", with and without the quotes? There is more that goes into a search engine ranking than we will know about unless we are the programmers maintaining the code.
Google does not use LSI because LSI does not give good results on large non-homogeneous document collections. - Michael

Did you even really look at the site? The site seo work is best? The site is created with 2 frames, which from an SEO stand point is one of the biggest things you want to avoid doing.
