Why do people insist on playing Tattle Tail when they are not even correct. There is plenty of content on that page. With more and more false accusations flying around We are going into "cry wolf" mode sooner or later and Google will not take TRUE SERIOUS VIOLATIONS reports seriously because they wont trust us.

Im sorry i dint scroll down, the page..
I dont know exactly if its a violation or not, some one reped me red I think I deserved it for not seeing thepage correctly!

but it still makes you think thats the end of the page a clever way to make visitors think only thats the way unless they happen to scroll by "Mistake"

No its not a voilation of adsense TOS. They have skipped voilation by doing the trick.:D

Even myself didn't scroll down to see the content.:D
Saw the content after reading the 3rd post. Though nice trick (I will call it a cheating myself.).

There was no content at that site, just a bunch of scraped links.

Remember that the laws of supply and demand tell us that every publisher who gets kicked out of the program raises the profits for the remaining publishers. :D

The site mention is clearly against the TOS. There is no content, as Will said, and putting the Adsense at the top and the links at the bottom, separated by a full scroll, was clearly a way to deceive the visitor. Report this, and it will be gone by next week, if not sooner.

I don't understand why people think short term of making profit and not have planning on long term goals.

I think we are getting inot the realms of what "content" we like and don't like.

Like most of the hard working webmasters here I dislike scraped content sites - but it IS content and so (saldy) I don't think its breaking any rules. If someone has reported it, it will be interesting to see if they are still there in a weeks time - my money would be on it still being there.

Hey thanks for green, I agree with jackburton2006!

People should make sites for long term not just make a page and hope to make $$$,..
    Regards..

The space is inserted on purpose, in order to deceive visitors into believing there are no other browsing choises and click on the ads. See the copyright notice under the ads, usually this is at the end of the page.

Therefore, even if they're not violating anything written in the TOS you should report the site to Google.

I'm very dissapointed in people saying "report this to Google." while it is not the most genuine way of doing a website by tricking your surfer it is still a site with content(scraped is content - stolen in most cases - but content). Now if it is stolen content could bring them down for copyright violations but how they set up the site I DOUBT THAT.

We have to be ever vigilante for webmasters blatantly violating the TOS not straddling the line of right and wrong(morally). Our Job as webmasters is to bring quality content to our sites so that our sites stand above the "CRUD" sites like these. But it is not are duty to bring down a webmaster "just because we don't like how they did it"

Oh and the reason I get so down on WILLY NILLY reporting is because that is one TRUELY BAD SITE that will be missed by google cause they had to spend 20 minutes reading "reports from concerned webmasters." Make sure the violations before you act and we would have no problem. Also check out multiple pages of an entire website before coming to a conclusion. Sometimes you may stumble on a bad pages in the middle of good. Some webmasters try and fill content by using what they have time for and then fix it later when they have a chance.

Your concern for Google's time is admirable, but Google is a multinational billion dollar company. I'm pretty sure they have more than one guy sitting in a cubicle checking up sites, and I'm pretty sure they can handle every TOS violation report that comes into them without imploding.
