Did anyone here use http://www.online-utility.org/webmaster/backlink_pr_analyzer_and_prediction.jsp ?

It was the only good PR prediction tool that I have ever found because it based the prediction off the backlinks and the quality of them. i haven't been able to find another tool that works as good.

but this site has seemed to of removed it today :(

does anyone know of another one which is great?

I know these aren't 100% accurate, but they are useful, especially this one.

That’s also what I use, it’s not excellent but it works.

I respect the work Kenni has done a lot (and he has done much), but the iWebTool PR prediction tool has shown to be very much inaccurate, in my opinion. Take www.blazemp.com for example. It predicts the PR will change to 6 on the next update. That's simply not possible. It only gets more links each day. If anything, it should go to 8 (in fact, I expected that with the last update, but that's another story). It simply will not go to 6. If it does not increase, it will remain the same. It predicted it would change to 6 before the last update too. I don't think any of them are really great (although I had not tried the one mentioned in this post), but I cannot put any belief in iWebTool for this purpose.

The pr tool you guys are posting is on alot of sites and it doesn't give the best result.

I emailed the people at the utility site and they said they were having some problems with google (sending back the info and such).
I hope they can fix it!

Personally I don't trust PR predictors they just can't factor in all the things that google checks for your PR.

    Thank You

I think iwebtool has improved it recently. I remember using it before and getting some weird results. Before they were using a number found in a google info query but I think they are using backlinks from yahoo/msn now.
