All the other forums are working for me, just not the ones in search.

Guess I better do a scan.

NoOne else sees this? I've scaned my computer with McAfee and microsoft's anti spyware, cleared cookies, history, and files, and still get it.

Looks like you've been the victim of ad-ware. personal i use lavasoft's ad-ware remover. usually works like a charm. :)

This, in my language is termed as Hijacking. You have been hijacked by some spyware/adware. Clean your machine once, and make sur eyou do not say yes, to any activex or unwanted permissions when you open certain programs/webpages.

    Good Luck.

Thankfully I've never fallen victim to this sort of thing. Spybot is very good and it's free. (You can send a donation if you like.)

    http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

Some recommend that, since neither Spybot nor lavasoft's ad-ware are individually 100% certain to find all spyware/adware, you should use both of them for extra security.

HijackThis would probably help. Do a Google search for it.

BTW, when cleaning your computer of adware or spyware, disconnect it from the internet!!! If not the program starts downloading more stuff that is even harder to find and remove!

Some of the spyware will freeze your computer if it isn't allowed to be online, in that case you need to remove some of it first then disconnect - turn off your cable modem, pull out the phoneline or whatever, but get offline. - you have been warned....

Try Spy Sweeper. It's quite good and it will scan you PC as well.
