    Occasionally, I'm being told that my paypal account does not accept a payment. This is the message they get:

    This recipient is current unavailable to receive money.

    However, the account is in regular state, not limited in any way. I am able to send/receive/withdraw as usual. Anyone knows the secret? :)

    If you think that your PayPal is a PM inbox
    If it gets full you get a same message like this :p

    This is just a guess,maybe
    Whats the balance :p
