This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website....

    Yesterday, some customers can't send $ to me with option "send to friends or family" Paypal show error: "This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions"

    But I don't have website. Someone know what's happening and how to fix it?

    I've just tried to contact them but there is no reply yet.

    I know the reason, They are in a country which is not eligible to receive any money on Paypal. They can only send money form their Paypal accounts through their Credit/Debit cards but can't not receive money.

    Nepal is one of them.

    @kruif, do you see "receive money" or "request money" in your paypal dashboard? If not then may be yours account is in same phase.

    @o070o Vietnam is listed in the above link to send/receive money. You should be able to receive money. Try to contact Paypal Vietnam by Phone not message.
