My average clicks a day is 1992 with 100,000 impressions ave per day...but only $55. I have a site that makes that much with only 500 clicks. What's wrong????
Hehe, try adding a paragraph about various pharmaceutical products along the bottom but actually I think that would violate the TOS :-/
It must be site on entertainment; arcade, or something along those lines, right? A lot of people have complaints about such sites because of their reidicelously low payouts.
It just sucks..i worked so hard to get my traffic up. I started putting more CPM ads on there now. It used to pay out $200 a day and now down to $50.
Is it due to smart pricing? I would possibly think about creating a site with higher paying ads, and use your traffic building skills from this site on the new one. If it is the niche, then there is little you can do... DD
maybe you are not getting the right audience for the ads? i have had the same problem before but its gone back to normal now.
It's probably your site's niche. There's not much else you can do about it except hope for some higher paying ads.
That's the result of smartpricing. It happens to everyone. You make a ton of money for a while, and then suddenly, bam, you're doing half that, or even lower. You can't do anything about it at all. What is your site's niche, by the way?
Ok.. it happens to everybody, but what's next? Or is it the end of good earnings? I know for sure my ads are also smartpricing. It is really frustrating.. See here my stats for today: 7.168 25 x,xx% US$ 0,35 US$ 2,51 I am getting clicks of 0,10 average, that is actually not that bad BUT i do not understand the CTR... it decreased with 83%!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable, isn't it??? Has Google also influence on the CTR??
The "cure" is to remove Adsense from the site making you the most money (getting the most clicks), thus removing smartpricing. But then if you removed ADsense from the site making you the most money -- well, then you won't be making nowhere near the same amount anyways. The only REAL cure is to replace Adsense on the site getting you all those clicks/money with another ad network like YPN or Adbrite, thus restoring your account for your other sites (if you have them). That's basically it. It's what they call a catch-22. I was able to remove smartpricing this way, by replacing Adsense with YPN.
Ok, very sad to read, but ok.. problem is that I cannot put YPN on my site because I am not a US citizen. I will try it with Azoogle I think to compensate it And does google also has influence on the ctr? or is it just the click behaviour of my visitors that change the ctr? however a decreasement of 84% of the ctr is really strange
