I haven't seen anyone ask what kind of traffic the site receives. Maybe the thread starter can share a little of that. Put all of the factors together, and we can probably put a very high $ value on the site. What would you do? Sell the site, or take advantage of the PR8 for advertising purposes? Not an easy consideration.

Well, now after almost six months here is what make things clear for this website high PR value: Site: gokgs.com PR: 7 / 10 Yahoo Links: 77,000+ What else can i say, am going to study their links building strategy and hopefully within a year or so i will get my shot
ok right now its PR7 but that too is insane. There's some thing similar with www.pearsonified.com He hardly updates.. like 4 posts in last 4-7 months but still hangs on PR7.
Do you know that GO is a very popular games? Mostly among Asian or Japan to be exact. Other than that, the game is being played all around the world and many tournament was held. Just want to say, you have spotted untapped niche.
