Hey If you don't no (correct me if I am wrong), but Adsense seem to be clearing out all of the crap from there system, such as domain name testers etc. As a result for average joe like me who doesn't have many clicks per day my earnings have increased 4 fold. I was earning about 70 cents to a dollar a day, I am now earning well over 3 dollars. I don't really care how much I really get as long as I get a check once a month and this increase has given me new optimism. Have you guys seen such an increase or are you still complaining.
Hmm I havent heard anything about this adsense clear-up your talking about.. Whats that all about anyway?
Take a look at all the threads within the last 2-3 weeks and you'll see what OP is talking about. Go on various webmaster forums, etc. Also the aggressive measures taken to prevent more international publishers from signing up through referrals and such.
