I did visit your blog. Wow, you do have a lot of Adbrite ads there. Nice work.

I only tested AdBrite on my site for about 2 days before removing them completely. I get about few thousands impression and the earnings is 0. Still don't get how the stuff works. I'm still not clear on AdSense and Adbrite policy, basically I can place AdBrite NETWORK ads on a page that has AdSense page right? I really wanted a cpm ad for the leaderboard area!

p/s: my44, nice to see you here!

Hello square, nice to see here too! This is a great forum to discuss on technical issues.

Yeah, Adbrite probably ride on your thousands of impressions for free. I also did not see any money accrued despite running their "network ads". *Yawns*

The AdBrite concept was/is a good one, but the site is a mess both for advertisers and for publishers.

I know that amongst all the rubbish/the overpriced and the dodgy, there are some good sites that I could advertise my own websites on but I'm damned if I can find them.

As a publisher, I had them running on a couple of blogs and made next to nothing. Thing is...these blogs should have attracted some reasonable advertisers but I bet the people who may have wanted to advertise on my blog couldn't find it among AdBrite's crazy system.

Exactly as you said, tryme. I might not have the google.com or yahoo.com of the internet world, but I do feel my sites can at least attract some advertisers. I was utterly disappointed when my sites weren't even listed in Adbrite's screwed up directory.

From a buyers perspective Adbrite Sucks. I ordered an ad over christmas and completed the order with my credit card etc. I then rang up and activated it over the phone with the adbrite people etc.

As till now the ad has still not run. My CC has NOT been charged and the ad isnt listed in my account.

I've emailed support a few times to no avail. So i've nowgiven up.

So basically they screwed some webmaster out of a sale due to their terrible service.

    my 2 cents
