Hi ppl, I have about 100- unique vistors to my website everyday. I only get a few clicks about 5 and i'm earning $3.00 is it a good start or is there something evil behind this? also what happens if the same person visits my website again after 2 days and clicks on the same ad or different ad?
make sure you didn't click your own ads and didn't tell anyone to click your ads then that's fine. $3 from 5 clicks is what a huge number I ever heard for 100 unique visitors. It's nothing you need to worry about because you will not know if he will be back and click your ads. Except you know he will come back and click, that mean you account has a flag to watch.
i'm worried o well. i'm doing nothing wrong as far as i know. this is my first month.. i think i'm learning a lot about adsense. I'm just hoping that i won't get banned when i first recieve the payment. Then I'll look at other services like yahoo. is there a free adsense tracker that you recommend? i'm worried about fraud clicks I may purchase one sometime.
Why would you be so worried about getting banned? If you're not doing anything against the TOS then you have nothing to worry about. If you are, then stop it and don't be stupid.
Dear, tonyinabox. So if a vistor comes back after a few days and clicks on the same, is it recognized as an invalid click? What if the person clicks on it again 2 weeks or even a month after? I kinda have no clue who is clicking on my ads everyday, I'm sure that they are different people but who knows. I have nothing to be able to check who is clicking.. only if I could see who(ip) is clicking..
If you don't know who clicks your ads then you don't have to be worried. If you know who clicks it, that need to be worried.
You worry too much. You've obviously got a good niche. Returning visitors can click ads each time they return and there is no problem with that. You've got a good thing, so stick to it ;-) Darren.
about ad tracking script suggestion, someone on this forum came with an open source software, so you'd check it out, I never tried it yet: adlogger (search google)
