    yeah theres a couple programs that record what your doing on your screen into video formats. a few free, but obviously the good ones cost money. if i could find some the links ill post them.

    there are some 15 days trial stuffs, i have tried them, it works! some of them can save it in flash format! but then i did not knew, photoshop is capable of such stuffs!:)
