I have sent u message after message via Twitter and got no answer. To please disable the Two-Factor Authentication code for the user "steve aka reble" registered email address is . I forgot to to write down the Two-Factor Authentication code. And I can't log in because of that and I can't even complete a password reset. I finely had to log in as new to be able to send this post. Steve
In a situation like this I would think that you'd be better off sending a PM (start a conversation) to a member of the staff. Good luck to you and I hope it all gets resolved.
The two-factor authentication has been disabled. But as a side note - are you *sure* you sent us a message on Twitter? Any chance you could link to the tweet so I can figure out how it got missed?
To Spoiltdiva I haven't found the link anywere yet to send a pm here. To Shawn I am going to send an other test twitter message on the Digital Point Twitter page. I think you should use a regular email address for the Digital Point contact us form insted of using just Twitter for the contact us form. Steve
You don't need to send a test message, just link to the original message would be ideal. For example it will look something like this: https://twitter.com/digitalpoint/status/435554324790276096
I realy don't know how to use twitter. The box on the left side marked "tweet to digital point" is were I have been typing the messages. But i never have seen them been posted. I am woundering if I am doing something wrong and the messages get lost in cyber space. Steve
Not sure... anything you tweet will show up in your normal URL though... like if your twitter username was "joebob", at this URL you would see all your tweets: https://twitter.com/joebob
Shawn I am in the Digital Point Twitter page when I have been typing those messages. I go down to the bottom of the main Digital Point web page and click on contact us > and it takes me to the Digital Post Twitter page. Steve
It wouldn't show on our page (think of all the spam that would cause if you could just write something and have it show on anyone's Twitter profile), but as long as you leave the @digitalpoint text in the message, we should be notified.
That's what I was doing wrong, I was leaving the @digitalpoint out of the message. Because it takes away from the amount of words that I can type
Ah, yeah... if you take that out, it's not *to* anyone as far as Twitter is concerned. Then it's just a message you post to your profile page.
I just sent a test with the @digitalpoint left in the beginning. What is "Did you know the world's largest search engine ranking tracker is here on digitalpoint.com?" and how can it help me? see my latest post on I am new to Blogging and need some help
My blog is going nowere. http://steveshamshack.com I am posting, there has been 763 clicks on the blog. But I have had only 1 comment and it wasn't good. And the Google adsense hasn't made me 1 penny yet. I must be doing something wrong.
