    In agreement here. Spooky, though at least they are caterpillars: much cuter than maggots.

    I especially like the caterpillars dangling all in a row. Look like crack SAS abseiling caterpillars

    We get those sometimes in our cottonwood trees here in New Mexico. They don't die easily either. Every summer, my mom would cut out the infected limb, web and all, and burn them. Otherwise, they would just climb right back up the tree and start again!
