It looks more like a made for Adsense page. You want to get us there and get us out of the site through AdSense.

Add content. On that link page, use a Leaderboard at the top and bottom and add your own quality links for your links!

I don't agree. this is clearly just a scraper site or a built-for-adsense one. Not at all ok with the guidelines.

 

Agree, this is a scraper site and clearly made for adsense, it is definitely not ok with guidline.

But I cant see anything against it in the TOS which makes it against adsense TOS.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
