This is ridiculous - Violation of Paypal AUP

    my advice would be call them on the phone... you will probably been sent to a call centre in india where they barely speak english... ask for the manager and keep telling them its not good enough.. dont get off the phone till its sorted... LIE IF YOU HAVE TO!!! its your money!

    Actually, the lying will be done from the other side. They will promise you whatever you want to hear and do nothing. They certainly will not put anything in writing.

    i am using paypal for more than 3 years and all i can say about them is:

    They are strict with not many tolerances but they always willing to hear the story from the other side too.

    When i blamed a merchant, it was CLEAR that i was right but it still took more than a week to solve cause they wanted to hear them too.
    So if you are right, dont worry guys. Just be very careful with your answers cause if they dont get them (isp -server failure etc) then you are considered as wrong (by not willing to solve it) and the other side wins.

    (i do apologize for my bad english, if you dont understand something on my post, feel free to ask)
