As I posted over the weekend, I had trouble logging in and used too many attempts. That earns a 12 hour nap- shuts you out. Eventually got support to change my password over the phone. Great. I've got an account, and my wife has an account. We both made changes 3-4 days ago and have seen nothing happen with either campaign. They just sit there- no impressions...nothing. Now today, I can't even log-in to either account. Can anyone tell me what the deal is with this program? Clearly nothing can be done on the fly, right? Change keywords or delete and create campaigns- you can count on nothing moving for days at a time while your account sits dormant. Getting logged in is a daily adventure. This is nuts. How do they expect anyone to do business like this?
