    Nope. I do not think traffic buying the the banning point.
    You can buy traffic at adwords to your website? So why should they ban you on this?

    The reason might be 5 accounts.

    This guy is really strange. Once he said that he is earning big grands (don't remember the exact number), in one thread he said that he is at approx. $10 - $20 a day (not quite sure, but I think i read this also), in other thread he said that he is on $25k per month, in next thread that he is banned and this thread is also strange... he is confused. ;)
