Just try another ad program, google isn't everything. I was banned from google as well due to someone fraudulently clicking my ads like 500 times with a proxy. Move on it's not that bad, find another program to use that suits your site. And for all the people out there who act as if the banned adsense people are criminals they don't know what they're talking about. Google has the right to ban any account for suspicious activity, it says so in the terms of the agreement. If someone dislikes your site for whatever reason all they have to do is get a good proxy program and click your ads tons of times. There is a flaw in the program but you need to just move on and not complain about it and all the flaming here isn't answering this guy's questions. I suggest you join Yahoo ads or another program, I'm still looking for one that suits my site but have yet to find one.
