Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

This is my second time getting booted off of Adsense/

Jesus Christ, why do people who break the TOS think they have any chance in hell of winning a lawsuit against Google? Trying to sue Google (especially when it's over nothing) is about as effective as pissing in the wind.

Yeah, but when you use more than one account, you lose any potential credibility you might have had.

I doubt that Google would give the banned persons other family members an Adsense account anyway when they see that person was part of family.

The reason I say this is that when I was banned I applied with new website and my brothers name and did not hear from Google team at all.

Also I applied three times so they MUST have seen the application once.

    There you have it again
Never put all your eggs into the same basket!
Never build a site only to make money from adsense
Make a useful site for your visitors, write good content, promote your products and/or affiliate link and eventually place adsense on the site to make a little extra.
This way when you do get kicked, it won't hurt you that much.
I hope you learned your lesson mate

Very good analogy, makes a lot of sense and don't get me wrong adsense was not all my income but that extra you are tlaking about was really good extra for that month it could have paid good amonunt of hosting :)

Why would you even doubt this? People do it ALL THE TIME. But they always get caught and banned again. Google's vetting process works at the END of the month, when you're about to get paid, but it rarely works during the application stage.

Before people go making rash judgements let me let you in on a little story.

Many people have been getting the boot from adsense lately for nothing of their own doing. Adsense has been sending out mass emails to people claiming fraudulant clicks. Some people got warnings, some people got bans.

There is a problem with adsense and they know it.

I'm going to make a double post about this to show how serious I am about what I just said.

Google is claiming fraudulant clicks lately without any wrong doing of the publisher.

    Trust me on this.

Whatever your story is, hexed, I;m not sure it has anything to do with the OP in this thread. He has openly acknowledged playing fast and loose with the AdSense ToS.

Not too many webmasters are going to submit their sites to you to copy.

    LOL!

Are you saying you don't trust someone who's been booted out of AdSense twice? :D

Honor among thieves? What will they think of next?

Go cry in the corner with the rest of the Adsense rejects. I don't have patience for people who abuse it and ruin it for everyone else. You screwed up, now suck it up and leave it alone.

No one using the same address that you got banned with can get in adsense now. If your sister lives somewhere then it maybe possible.
