    Looks good, however I would lower the titles (Home, About Us, etc) and center the 3 images

    I assume you mean the header image, not the smaller ones. In which case, I'd change the background: it implies stubbed out fag ends and tar-filled, cracked lungs, which is not what you want on a site about e-cigs. :)

    But nicely done, anyway.

    I agree, bad starting concept. Garbage in = garbage out. On the techinical side of things, your e-cig images need a higher opacity.

    also do create a logo for the site. it will also be great if the images are jquery which will rotate at some point

    I think it's good start, at a first time i am not able to understand Why? UI will be look like that, or not....
    but it requires more practices in different pattern:-
    -> Shopping Website
    -> Forums
    -> Social Network
    -> Blogs
    -> Education
    -> Other Website Format
