no its not in the sandbox, its just not indexed yet. try harder. (although this should really do it tbh ) did you ping everyone with it? Google is sometimes slow to list new blogger blogs with less than 5-10 posts (we think) because they get a lot of people opening large amounts of blog accounts to run blognets on and filling them with less than average content try and make it look more like a real blog and less like scraper spam, 16 OBLs to wikipedia isn't going to turn you into an authority site
this page still hasnt loaded properly, about 6 minutes in so far here. havent looked any further into it but im betting they just cant load and index the page properly
