    There was a discussion earlier on at the Suggestion forum

    CR was BSing it and said that such threads are normally deleted or closed, but no news on it being banned though. But if a member has a solid 300 posts full of information and help to the rest of the members, I would be the first to congratulate him. Though more often than not as CR points out it is used as a padding for more spams.
