PM me if you need an adswap. I've got innovative ideas to do quality adswaps rather than "pushy" ones.

 

Adswaps are great but I still think fresh subscribers are better.

If I do an adswap with 10 other people then chances are that most of my list will have signed up to at least 5 other people's lists. That means that instead of it just being me marketing products to them, they are being bombarded with emails from 5 other people and we all end up fighting over the same sale!

I think adswaps are great as long as they are not overused...

Hey guys basically what adswap is like the poster said you help each other grow lists. For example you are a superstar like akon and have for ex. 1 million fans on the other side justin bieber has also 1 million fans but they both feel like it's not enough so then akon messages justin bieber and says ok let's adswap and justin bieber says ok. Then akon gives him a message to tell to JB's fans, (squeeze page with email opt-in), Justin Bieber sends it to his 1 million fans. Basically what happens justin bieber just told his fans to go check out akon in such unique way that fans don't really know akon, but they get on his list without knowing it. Then once justin bieber posts his message he sends akon what he wants him to post. And now akons fans get on JB's list of contacts. So basically what happened there is that they just helped each other to grow fan base by sending a single message to their fans. Now that their fan base is around 1.5 million fans each they can adswap with people who has around the same amount fans. And grow even more and faster. The key is you want to look for people who is in the same niche as you are and the message is something like a free gift, just put your name and email. Hope that helps

 

Nice tip, ad swapping is a nice way of leveraging your IM presence, and is highly effective for exponential growth
