But wordpress blog also sucks all resources on VPS too and now i m not able to see the options in my vps. just a blank page and page is loading but never complete ,now site is down do u know about this problem ? what;s going wrong with me ? normally memory is used by blog is 200 to 270 mb , but suddenly it gonna wild and sucks all resources, cpu level reach to 100% and memory also sucks all resources 700+ memory please any help will be appreciated!
Are you using any plugins? Is the resources used being shown with an increased amount of visitors/hits to your blog, or is the traffic the same as before? You might want to try enabling caching (eAccelerator, or APC, or MMCache), WP also has a caching plugin, this can help reduce alot of resource needs. It is not normal for WP to behave this way, I'm assuming something is going on.
Wordpress is hosted on the apache server, linux environment . Are you sure it is very wordpress consume too much memory and cpu ?
yes i m sure that wordpress consuming it . because when i just disable my site by removing site files then memory consumption is just 60 mb ( sucked by apache itself) my site have 20000 page views daily with 8000 members is there any chance of sql injection? or someone else consuming my resources or any other thing , when i disable my all plugin then still memory usage is more than 200 mb. is there any possibility of theme?? because theme is edited by me and added many features by mannual edits .
Log in via SSH and try running It should show whats consuming the most resources, updating once every second. This might tell you if it's Apache, or MySQL, or something else!
Hope, it will not happen to me because i just created a wordpress blog. You must try their "cache" plugin, it will reduce your CPU usage. this: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-super-cache/
