    I've seen this story, and there is no way to know if it's his ID or a real one. He just might trying to get this guy in trouble.

    I left a comment mentioning that the guy could be framed. Chris Burner modded that comment out, he dont want anybody to tell things like that....

    There was a news story on a dutch news website covering it.


    Marvin admits that he uploaded his id card to Silenceisdefeat.org but he denies flooding it.
    Chris Burner said they have proof (ip address) that Marvin did try to flood his server. Chris Burner doesn't file charges.

    Unlike the US, other countries do not consider IP addresses people. That makes it harder to 'prove' in court file sharing claims and other cases like this.

    In the US. IP addresses are not considered people as well. It's just a few overly powered organizations make it look that way. No one was convicted in court based on IP alone.
