Here is my story about a negative feedback I received. A few weeks ago I purchased a blog posting service from a seller in DP name "youlike", as agreed the seller should send me a full report on all urls where the service was made. A few weeks after the payment I send a few emails to the seller to remind him on the report but did not receive any respond. Yesterday I decide to file a dispute on the seller on Paypal and immediate I receive an email from the seller asking to close the dispute. I reply saying that I cannot close the dispute unless I receive the report. The seller reply saying that he will send me a negative feedback in DP if I do not close the dispute. The funny thing is, today when I check my DP message box I received a negative feedback from another DP members "theswiss" .... I don't remember whether I had deal with this guy "theswiss" previously, but my record shows that the blog posting service that I purchased is from another member "youlike". I raise this issue hoping that someone can help me clear the negative feedback and maybe check on whether this guy "theswiss" is using more than one account in his DP transactions.
My account got banned and this person didn't made me rest payment, i lost my PMs but i have snapshot of my email with this scammer.
Yes, I only send partial payment ($180) because in you thread you said 100 blopost cost $299 (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2302536), but the report I received contain 98 blogpost urls. In the 98 urls, 30 do not contain my link on in and 8 urls are duplicate. 100 Blopost = $299 so each blopost is $2.99 and I send $180 (60 x $3). I think I have been very generous on this. I still have the full url report you send to me, I hope I do not have to post them up here as a proof.
This is the Agreement : 1. Seller agreed to refund full payment to buyer if buyer's site (aboutdetoxdiet.com) is not listed below 100 ranking in google.com for the term "Detox Diet" within 25 days after the purchase. We got your website under 100 rankings, but you didn't made full payment so we had left you negative feedback.
Please be honest, if you can only deliver 60 blopost do not advertise as 100 PR1-PR5 Blogs in your thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2302536. Also if you delivered only 60 blogpost please do not expect buyer to pay you for 100 blogpost. Basically the seller under deliver and expect to be paid full. Also if you look at the screen shot above you will notice that the date show 10/12/11 .... doesn't this sound funny (he gave me an -ve feedback after 6 months). The reason is a few weeks ago I bought a similar blogposting service from a seller "youlike", a few days ago I upon a dispute for the purchase because the seller did not deliver me any report after the project complete. Immediately after I open the dispute the seller contacted me asking me to close the dispute and said that he need another 30 days to complete my blogpost because of Google Penguin update. I reply saying that I cannot close the dispute unless I receive the full report. The seller then threatened to give me a -ve feedback if I declined to close the dispute. Only when I received a -ve feedback from "theswiss" yesterday I realised that both "youlike" and "theswiss" are actully the same guy. The reason he cannot give me a -ve feedback through "youlike" is because he was banned again with "youlike" and for some reason he got unbanned with "theswiss." They are actually the same guy and very dishonest seller. For others who purchase similar blogpost service I would advise you to send full payment only after you receive the report. In my case the dishonest seller under deliver by 40% in my first purchase and try to use the trick again with a different seller name.
