The company that makes them has started to take orders for them as of Jan 09, I wonder how expensive they are, it's basically just a jetski pump on a backpack. Apparently it can cruise up to 15 Meters high and can hit 75kmph, and cruise for over 300km And it can be used underwater apparently 0_o

This is absolutely great, I'd love to try one of these out! I don't think I'd pay that much though, or at least wait until prices came down! 128k USD, as stated at the very first of the video.
