This is a TOS violation, right (MFA site)?

I just ran across this site online and found myself thinking "this has to be against the TOS for adsense" - Am I right or is this allowed?

    http://www.workfromsweethome.com/

Note - you have to click into one of the "categories" on the main page to see the pages that display ads. Sorry for not making this clear before.

    *edited to clarify ad locations

I would assume it is violating TOS. Usually even giving a little bit of hint about clicking the ads is a big no-no.

Yes it violates the TOS. Their links just go to adsense ads and they basically tell you that the ads can make you money which encourages people to click them.

You have to click into one of the "directory categories", then it's several large ad blocks, followed by a tiny bit of targeting content. I'd bet the guys CTR is through the roof, but is this allowed?

I'm not seeing the hints about clicking on the ads, but this site is very spammy. It has very little content, and two large adsense boxes on each inside page. If I worked quality control for Google, I'd give them the boot.

Site will get banned sooner or later. It violates terms and is MFA only.

The only thing that make it against the TOS is that there is no other link out from the pages.

Its not written like that, but I think that we can assume that adsense will disable ads on that site.

I didn't think it was, this has come up a number of times recently and I've pored over the Terms and Policies as a result. I don't think we can say that not having any outlinks is going to get you into trouble...at least not in and of itself. It's like a lot of the laws concerning driving.

By themselves you can't be pulled over for them, but if you are pulled over for some other violation and one or two of these other things are noticed, you can be sure they'd take them into consideration as well.

Yes, you are right, this is what I think also, sorry for not making that clear. Clear now : :D Because there are no links out And so much ads it will be looked upon as MFA and therefore not be accepted by Google.

I have to agree that it does definitely look MFAish (or even just plain old MFA, forget the ish, part lol)
