This is a problem...

    This is bulsh. $0? really?

    1,530 $0.00 0 7 228 7 0.00% 0 $0.00

7 order form impressions today alone, 0 sales. Anyone else seeing this? I usually see around 50% for submits vs actual purchases but to have 7 sales fall through really pisses me off.

You're doing better than me. I only get sales on about 30% of order form submits. CB so sucks.

Yeah I know, I think about 50% or less of my order form submits actually go through as a sale.

CB sucks and they don't give a shit about this problem or any of their various tracking problems either. They make their money so I guess that's all that matters.

I'm getting away from CB as of recently though and going with a different network. I can't stand dealin wit their BS anymore.

Check out this thread I came across on the Warrior Forum too: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-in...ple-have-more-multiple-clickbank-account.html

Kinda ironic how people's sales drop to $0.00 and they make a new account, change their old links, and the sales mysteriously come back again.

Keep in mind these are people who average a good deal of sales per day, not just 1-2.

I get one sale for every 40/50 order form impressions so that's pretty normal.

Your traffic is highly un-targeted since I see 1530 hops without any sales.

you didnt understand the problem. I have a ton of hops and 7 order form submit count with 0 sales. The day before, I had 6 submits and 5 sales totaling $90. Then I got 7 submits and 0 sales. Thats ridiculous.

It's because their payment processor sucks and they decline a ton of credit cards. You're definitely not alone here.

Well that usually happens but it couldn't have been all one user. I check my account very frequently throughout the day and all 7 came at different times. I had another 1500 hops today from that vendor and no submits or sales. I wonder if they are messing around with the order form or something? I never go 2 days in a row without sales...

if you are having more than 7 sales per day in the past few weeks and suddenly no sales for 2 days.. i guess it may be clickbank's tracking problem. However, if you are having average 1-3 sales per day and suddenly no sales for 2 days, it's normal i think.

Here are some things to consider:
1.I was informed once that any customer doing a chargeback is blackflagged on clickbank's system
and is being declined from that moment on when attempting to buy CB products in the future.
this may cause a unique pattern on CB where customers who were not declined anywhere else
    are declined on clickbank.
from my point of view if this is true then clickbank are right in not accepting such cards.

2.I would not bet my money on the integrity of the CB statistics,
i have days when i see corrupt data such as an affiliate with 33 hops and 60 order form impressions
which is unlikely at the very least.

It's normal, whenever the customers go to the order form, and click the paypal button, it is considered an "order form submit", hence that's why there are a lot of order form submits. The customers are usually browsing around and clicking around out of curiosity, every click to the paypal button counts as a submit, so it's nothing out of the ordinary.

For one of the products I am promoting, the hop to order form impressions ratio is about 4/1. I.e if the conversion rate is 60:1, this means 15 order form impressions to get a sale. It's normal. This usually happens when the Order now button is near the beginning of the sales page, and most people usually click it, just to see what will happen.

lol, if you only got 7 order form impressions from 1500 hops your traffic is not targetted so obviously you're not going to make sales. So stop coming here and crying about it and start actually getting targetted traffic

It's pretty normal to see 7 order submits without a single sale..

If you don't see any sales in 1400+ hops then certainly you're doing something wrong.

Why don't you use your own hoplink to buy the product and you'll surely see a commission popping up :)
