Hello All, Well I think this might be my last DP project as I'm sick of getting let down by people I actually try to help!! Yet again (after) leaving a glowing feedback the guy has not dleivered the graphics I paid for even though I've asked him many times and many times he's promised to send!! Anyway please dont mention the name and I'm not going to give a big brief, so here it is. I want a really credible looking logo for S*o*l*a*r*G*u*y.co.uk (or) the plural S*o*l*a*r*G*u*y(s).co.uk extension too wahtever one looks best. Please get your best designs in and secure the website build and all ongoing work. Right now I'm just looking for a logo/advert to get a page up. The suns got to figure, solar panels (perhaps) and I'm thinking two handsome, colgate smile type of guys from waist up in a hard hats, giving the thumbs up sign, with sky and sun and maybe pv panelled roof in the background. Could have the logo on their overalls or hardhats - Anyway these are just ideas. I want the logo to look friendly but established and if you saw this van you would look twice - To take the number! $40 bucks, I think that’s it and I think simple enough for the creatives among you. However the desginers who wind the log/splashpage WINS all the desing work going forward!! Would want all the usual files, vector etc and got to be 300dpi for print. Files copyright etc become mine, all images have to be original or paid for. Scorpion would like to invite you are one of the designers on this forum who ahve come though. Or maybe use something like the sunrays like this j*i*m*m*c*I*l*r*o*y.co.uk but behind a two cartoon half body characters giving the thumbs up sign?? ** I’m looking for the start of a good logo but I guess this contest is for something that looks good on a holding page while I work with the winner to design the actual website.
