    its a dreamweaver template. Its older than dirt and has no bearing either way. I use templates for some sites, some not. Definately not the hot thing.

    No this is not a hot thing for SEO. If this was the way then there would have been chaos in the Search engine rankings.

    Definately not the way to improve anything.

    Not really, since they are all in comments. But it's utterly pointless. No template code should make it to the final page.
