    THIS IS A $30 USD LOGO CONTEST. WINNER WILL BE PAID VIA PAYPAL ONLY.
    I need a logo with the words:
    Universal Petroleum Training Limited

    The logo must include the colors blue and white. Other colors can be included also.
    Some ideas of images that can be used in the logo include: oil rigs, gas bubbles, smoke vapors, water, waves, sun, sky, stars, geometrical shapes, etc.

    The logo must be high resolution and you will have to send me the .psd, .eps, .pdf, .jpg and .png files if you are chosen as the winner.

    The artwork must be your original design. Participants cannot use copyrighted images.

    The winner will be paid via PayPal only, after they have sent me the logo files.
    The winner will give me total rights of their logo.
    I will have full rights of the logo and the designer of the logo cannot distribute the logo anywhere else.
    A winner will be chosen only if I find the right logo. Thank you all for your time.
