This invalid-clicks system is so poor.

I must have missed something (or not?). Google ban you for invalid clicks, even tho they do not come from the IP that's assigned to your Google Account.
That basically means everyone with a internet connection (everyone) can get your Google Account banned/disabled.
Yes, I am aware of that you should report it to Google if you have noticed any suspecious clicks that were coming from people who apparently was not interested in your ads.
You should send them an email about it, right?
But honestly, what if you do not have access to the internet? Your girlfriend and you are at vacation and chilling out for some weeks.
You arrive home just to find that you got banned becouse someone didn't want you to earn money via GoogleAds. Someone decided to ruin your GoogelAds account, just by clicking the damn thingy. Next future-branch: Invalid-Click Checkers.
They will be hired to constantly check your GoogleAds Account to make sure there are no invalid clicks. NO!
Lets assume I got five laptops. All day I would sit and click on the Ads that are placed here at Digital Point forums (no, I wouldn't do that, becouse I am not angry with them). Would they get banned?
Answer is yes, if knowledge is taken from me.
How poor is it? I don't understand.. have I missed something?

Don't flame and say I am an unmature little child that only whines, Iwanted to take it up becouse it disturbs me SO much. My brain is shrinking everytime I think of it.
I also know this is not like the latest news, it has been discussed a several times.
Write your opinions, and possible corrections (I might be wrong somewhere).

    Thanks.

I doubt they would ban big accounts for something so simple as invalid clicks.

Indeed, that's exactly what I am bringing up here.
"It can", maybe "It will" is a more appropriate.
Everyone who is using Adsense will probably sooner or later get banned (if this system will stay).
Why? Simple. Everyone got an enemy. The enemy will kill your GoogleAds account.

One time I've got a lot of invalid clicks (CTR = 2000%) Google just do not count them. Everything else was ok.

It's nothing new and is as old as adsense. Clicking competitors ad's is the same old "Click Bombing".

How about submitting competitors sites to auto surfs and PTC sites ?
Bulk emailing and spamming their sites.

    It's just black hat ....

If DP gets 1000 clicks a day, what reason would Shawn have to to 50 invalid clicks? There is no good reason, so Google will assume it's not the website owner.

If an account gets 0 clicks per day though, and then gets 50 at once there is more chance they are cheating.

So I think big accounts are safer.

Does that mean that you have unlocked the mystery of the "invalid click"?

Yes, it's a hard truth that any abnormal clicks or unnatural traffic are going to be considered invalid by Google. Google has no way to know if you are are the buying traffic or encouraging the clicks, so they have to shut you down to protect their advertisers. You've unfortunately learned the hard way that running ads on your web site is a business. If you aren't going to be able to manage your business - because of being on vacation or otherwise - you need to figure out how it will run in your absence. Sure, it's mostly automated, but if you don't check on it, there is always the risk that something will go wrong. You can't expect Google to give you a pass because you were on holiday.

I see your point and I guess you're right, but the thought that someone can actually kill your google account so easy is making me sick.
