i guess you need to set up a few filters before letting the new submission going live. i don't personally know ur bookmarking page but here are a few tips i can think off the top of my head 1. have a captcha image - apply this only if you think bots are submitting and not real people 2. have some sort of filter for domain names and text introduced. you can filter or exclude any submissions with words like porn, fettish, sex... 3. have a domain ban. put some sort of automatic list that does not allow people to resubmit a domain u've already banned.,. i'm sure loads of people have more and better ideas.. just ask around
