This guy X-Aamir-X on DP Cheated me of $100

i paid him $100 for 20 photoshop tutorials and i never got it .

He is giving excuses saying that he is on vacation etc. I asked him to return my money.

I filed a claim with Paypal ,

That son of a xxxxx , beware of him

never pay full amount for anything on DP , you never know

what to do please help

 

Thanks for the warning, but flaming other members in the open forum isn't the way to handle it - you'll get into trouble too.

 

wait till he comes back from the vacation, though i think paypal will easily give you the charge back, paypal only listens to the buyers!

 

Well thanks for informing us. His last visist was on Last Activity: Apr 11th 2007 1:36 pm . Also you should check his iTrader before dealing anything.

Check his i trader already one more guy was cheated . I should have done that before , that son of a XXXX

 

I am not flaming other members , this guy is a cheater and people should be beware of it.

DP is not for cheaters

DP is for people who are honest in what they do , not cheating

 

Sorry to hear about your loss. In future before buying or selling don't forget to check the itrader. If you see the itrader is very less, then think once again before going for the transaction.

 

I'm sorry for that, but you must be ware with who you deal, a guy with -1 iTrader obviously is not the right person to trust.

 

I hope pay pal pays me back the $100

It's virtual merchandise though, isn't it?
I heard PayPal don't give much protection to buyers of virtual merchandise (like web hosting, software downloads etc). Maybe prepare yourself for the worst.

If it is virtual, then you won't get it. Only option is Paypal chargeback, but then you have to lose your paypal account...

 

Next time try paying 1/2 upfront.. especially to someone with very little rep and itrader... there's not much you can do now..

u dealt with guy having -ve itrader,its ur mistake only.hope u get ur money back.

 

well when i dealt with him it was 0 itrade.

 

Itrader means nothing, these scum can build up their itrader through their friends and still do this to u. One guy still owes me 375 for a website i returned to that person. This is bs and dp should do something about it. This isnt fair to the honest people here.
