    Look at http://www.kaboodle.com/reviews/sportscast-wireless-baseball-scoreboard

    It seems that he has managed to apply CSS to ads.

    look at this css code
    <style>
    .ad-item a{font-size: 15px;}
    .catalog-secondary-images{display: none;}
    .catalog h1 {font-size: 20px;text-transform: capitalize;padding-bottom:10px;}
    .catalog h4 {font-size: 12px;padding: 5px;}
    .ad-item a{color: #052f7b;text-decoration: none;}
    .ad-holder .title {font-size: 11px;font-weight: normal;}
    .ad-item a:hover{text-decoration: underline;}
    </style>

    How he managed to do it?

    I believe if you are a premium ad sense publisher you are entitled to more ad modifications then a regular ad sense publisher.

    But I think this guy is not a premium publisher. I know what premium publisher do to modify the ads. I dont see the similar trick here.

    How exactly do you obtain a rank of "Premium Publisher?"

    Just because one premium publisher uses "said tricks" does not mean another publisher will. You have to be creative when your creating ads. If your ads look like your competitors ads... why bother?

    Most of the publisher overrides JS functions like google_ad_request_done() to add there custom code. And this hooks are the only way to interact with google ads. But I dont see any of this hook implemented into this site.

    Again, I am not sure here. This is just my observation.

    Yes Its against TOS unless he is a premium publisher.

    I will have to analyze his adsense code to figure out how he managed to do it if he is not a premium publisher.

    Nope, they cant style ads. Its against TOS. As per the TOS, you will have to use the adsense code as it is with out modifying any thing.
