So I was googling this morning (it's fun, you should try it) for the telephone ring from the show "24". It's a very distinctive ring, and if you've seen "24", you know what I'm talking about. It's the telephone ring inside the CTU building.

Anyways, I was googling, and ran across these guys. Take a look at their Adsense leaderboard and tell me what's wrong with it:

Some people, huh? They can't be bothered to play by the rules.

Yes, that's pretty outrageous. How about the JMC Retirement Fund at the bottom of the page?

Google will let them do this until they reach payout.
    Did you report them?

That was great! Seriously, as complex as the website is, wouldn't they know it's risking their Adsense money, or are they really just willing to risk the ban? Really good laugh as I struggle to build my website so carefully, thanks for posting!

Most likely his regulars do click on the ads regularly as requested. That's how these type of sites work. If an outsider (say, like moi) doesn't stumble across them, then no one is the wiser, and Google never knows. Unfortunately for him, I'm a fan of 24. :D

What am I missing? The Title 'Ads By Google' is really A violation but not so bad as to get the responses I'm seeing in this thread.

Looks like Google sent him a friendly email telling him to cut it out. :)

Heh heh. Looks like he also removed his "retirement fund" at the bottom.

Maybe someone reported the site to google, and google actually went to the site, saw the violation, and sent him a nice email to cease and desist or else.
Anyways, one more site cleaned up....10,000,000 to go! LOL

I see it all the time when webmasters encourage clicks to support forums, etc...That webmaster turned out to be lucky enough to end up on DP forum.
